What forms of payment do you accept?

Best Care Ambulance, Inc. accepts: Cash, check, and credit cards ( Visa, Discover, and Mastercard).

We also offer a non-interest based payment plan. Please contact Christy or Shirley Kay for more information.

Who is responsible for the ambulance bill?

If you have insurance, Bestcare Ambulance, Inc. will bill your insurance company for ambulance transportation. Most insurance companies do cover ambulance transportation, though they may only cover up to a certain percent, it is the patient’s responsibility for any remaining balance.

Please contact your insurance company about your individual plan coverage regarding ambulance transportation.

Does Medicare cover ambulance transportation?

Medicare Part B does cover ambulance transportation when the patient’s condition is such that the use of any other method of transportation would endanger the patient and transportation is to the closest appropriate facilty that can provide care for the patient

Medicare does not pay going to a preferred facility if a closer facility can provide the same care.

Can I call Best Care Ambulance, Inc. for an emergency?

Best Care Ambulance, Inc. is a private commercial ambulance company that specializes mainly in non-emergency transportation.
